  • Operational Scope: Includes the construction, ownership, operation, and management of nuclear power stations, either directly or in the capacity of an agent.

  • Research and Innovation: Aims to promote research and development in the field of nuclear energy to advance technological capabilities and efficiency.

  • Site Selection: Focuses on identifying and selecting appropriate locations for nuclear power plants and associated ancillary facilities to ensure optimal operation and safety.

  • Diverse Applications: Committed to leveraging nuclear energy for a wide range of purposes beyond electricity generation, aligning with commercial and developmental goals.

5. Share holding, partnership pattern: 100% ownership belongs to NTPC. So it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited for undertaking the Nuclear Energy Business.
